Of course we need them for our health, but if we take them too much, it would be bad for our health and for our weight. Weight is the reflection of our health. Besides that, with ideal weight, we would look more beautiful.

For women, weight is a very important issue. They are very concern about their weight and some of them even go through for tight diet. Actually, go through a diet is not a problem and harmless.
