Why You Do Not Lose Weight? (For those who have trouble)

You are having trouble losing weight. You do things to the best of your ability, but your weight loss journey is not going as you want it.

You wonder what he/she did to lose so much weight. What do they do? What do they eat? How did they do it? What he/she did to lose weight properly is the right things. Which you are not doing. You are making mistakes.

These are the top mistakes people trying to lose weight make. (You)

  1. You spend time admiring other people who lost weight instead of working on yourself. ( Procrastinate)- You spend hours watching videos of people who lost weight. You might get inspired but if you watch it a lot then there is something wrong. You have become gullible. Weight loss gurus will make a bank out of you. Get some inspiration, how ever you get inspired, and go on a diet. Put on some music or take your pet and go for a walk or jog.
  2. You set unrealistic goals- Another big mistake which people make is to set an unrealistic goal. Imagine if I broke my leg badly, a doctor tells me it will heal with time, I should give it at least a year. And guess what, I decide to make my leg heal completely in 4 months. That is not possible, my ambition is causing me to set that goal. Just because I say and do it does not mean my leg injury will listen, just because you say i will lose all my weight in 1 week means it is going to happen. You might even grow apathetic and stop from they overwhelming challenge. Your fat will not listen and it might even get worse because you will have skin flab etc from weight loss that progressed too quickly. So set realistic goals, they sound better and are more acquirable.
  3. You do nothing- You claim you want to lose weight but you do nothing about it or you make pathetic attempts. An example of what I mean. You want to lose weight, but you saying it with french fries in hand and next up is the triple fatty fat fat burger. If you wanted to lose weight, get rid of all the junk food in your house completely. Lose it all. Then you have no choice and DO NOT GO BUY IT AGAIN.
  4. You do not eat the right foods- ordering a burger with one lettuce does not do anything. Just because there is a slice of lettuce in your fat burger does it make it healthy. It should be the other way around. A lot of veggies and some a little beef patty for those taking small steps.

So basically the right things to do is to eat the right foods, set realistic goals, do not be lazy, and stop wasting time on other people who lost weight. If you need inspiration, grab a music player and put your favorite songs or take your pet out if you have one.
